3 New Business Resources for Detroit Entrepreneurs

Michigan, and Detroit in particular, has a great entrepreneurial climate right now.  Lots of new business resources are available to help entrepreneurs who are looking to start (or grow) their own business.  If you’re starting a new business, or are trying to turn an idea into a business, check out these new resources:

  1. Michigan FounderFinder – This site helps connect entrepreneurs (including many students) with potential advisers and co-founders to work on startup businesses. The site is affiliated with the University of Michigan, but is open to the public.
  2. Walsh Business Launch – Walsh College has created a resource site with information on what you need to know about turning your idea into a business.  You can also submit your business plan for expert review ($195 per plan/idea).
  3. Comerica Bank Small Business Resource Center – Comerica has launched a new site for small businesses that offers guidance, training, and templates on running a business and managing business finances.
